With everyday usage, and in some cases seasonal changes, your machine tool or CMM will lose its accuracy. This has a direct impact on the quality of your product and the efficiency of your processes. 

A periodic ( usually once a year ) calibration will help assure your machine performs within specifications and minimize scrap and rework of product due to poor machining accuracy.

Services Provided

All calibrations include angular evaluations (pitch, roll & yaw), straightness checks, and squareness relationships. This includes leveling the machine as needed.

The final step of the calibration is linear positioning evaluation. Here the accuracy and repeatability of each axis is inspected. Linear positioning error will be adjusted ( If available only ) weather via mechanical or software means.
